The practice of 'courtesy' of the course will be extended to Club Managers (GCMA/CMAE) members, Greenkeepers (BIGGA Members), Professionals (PGA Members), and Club Captains on no more than two occasions in a calendar year.

Members of the above organisations and Club Captains are required to contact the General Manager or Golf Professional at least 48 hours before the desired day of play.

On arrival, you should check-in with the Pro Shop and present your organisations membership card or a letter of introduction from your Club.

Any golfers that arrive without prior introduction, or those wishing to play more than twice in the calendar year, will be charged the appropriate green fee for the day.
