Women In Golf at Banstead Downs
Banstead Downs Ladies are a vibrant and friendly group of Lady golfers of all ages. We welcome players from complete beginners, to experienced single figure golfers, to a course thats playable all year round.
We have reciprocal arrangements with nine other golf clubs, and with plenty of other friendly matches, there are plenty of opportunities to play many courses.
The Ladies Section at Banstead is fully integrated with the Men's with both sections enjoying mixed competitions at weekends along with numerous social events throughout the year.
Our Lady Captain and Vice Captain work tirelessly to ensure we enjoy a variety of competitions on a weekly basis – be it a Tuesday or weekend – including many Charity Events throughout the year.
For Ladies who are new to golf, we have an Academy within the Club from which migration to the Ladies Section is a natural progression. With existing lady members ready to become your “Buddy” and help with intergration.
If you are interested in joining us, we would be very happy to meet up with you and offer a round og golf with one of our members.
