Ladies Golf at Banstead Downs

Banstead Downs Ladies are a vibrant and friendly group of Lady golfers of all ages who welcome players from complete beginners to experienced single figure golfers to a course that rarely closes due to any weather conditions.

We have reciprocal arrangements with five other golf clubs and with twenty four friendly matches there are plenty of opportunities to play many courses other than our own.

The Ladies Section at Banstead is fully integrated with the Gentlemen and many ladies enjoy mixed competitions at weekends along with numerous social events that are another benefit of membership at Banstead Downs.

Our Lady Captain and Vice Captain work tirelessly to ensure we enjoy a variety of competitions on a weekly basis – be it a Tuesday or weekend – including many Charity Events throughout the year.

For Ladies new to golf we have an Academy within the Club from which migration to the Ladies Section is a natural progression as an existing lady member will have already become your “Buddy”.
